Ambulance Reservation

Hopkins County EMS would like to cover your next event with our highly trained medical associates. Please fill out the request form to the right and an associate will contact you as soon as possible.
We offer a few choices for event coverage:
  • Dedicated Ambulance Coverage (Ambulance is Dedicated to your Event) $125 per hour charge with a 2 hour minimum
  • Non-Dedicated Ambulance Coverage (Ambulance is an active unit on duty and may get pulled from the event) no charge
  • EMT or Paramedic in an emergency response vehicle (this vehicle cannot transport patients) $75 per hour charge with a 2 hour minimum
  • 2 Medical Personnel with an All Terrain UTV response vehicle (side by side) $100 per hour charge with a 2 hour minimum
  • Non-Profit Organization - Ambulance Coverage (Inquire about rates)

This link leads to the machine readable files that are made available in response to the federal Transparency in Coverage Rule and includes negotiated service rates and out-of-network allowed amounts between health plans and healthcare providers. The machine-readable files are formatted to allow researchers, regulators, and application developers to more easily access and analyze data.
