Meetings of the Board of Directors are held bi-monthly with “Called” meetings held as needed. The meetings are typically held on the fourth Tuesday of the month at 6:00 PM in the Boardroom at 116 Airport Road, Sulphur Springs, Texas 75482. Public comment is welcome.
